We are working with Disney to identify and commission a “digital project” aimed at encouraging families to be more actively engaged in their own wellbeing. This is an opportunity for creative digital SMEs to work with the one of the world’s biggest entertainment companies, and create innovative technology to help families lead healthier lives.
Initially £15,000 will be made available via three ‘proof of concept’ grants of £5,000 per successful application. These grants are non-repayable.
Following a competitive pitch process, we'll select one of the ‘proof of concept’ projects for full product development, for which further investment of up to £80,000 is available. The additional development funding will be awarded to the successful applicant on a revenue-share basis, meaning it is to be repaid from any revenues generated from the commercial exploitation of the selected project.
The deadline for applications is midnight on Monday 20 April 2015.
