Pat works closely with Drama, Comedy, Sport and Factual Television to reflect talent and a 'sense of place' from all corners of the country, and to find the next generation of story-tellers from film-makers to digital creatives.

Previously, Pat worked as Series Producer of 'The Culture Show' on BBC TWO and as Head of Development for BBC Arts.

Pat began her career as a music journalist and presenter at BBC Radio Bristol before joining BBC Radio Four to make dramas and poetry programmes.
