"Being chosen to make a film as part of the Funny Girls scheme is like walking on stage to sing your favourite karaoke number - you're happy, exhilarated and terrified you're not going to hit the high notes. The good thing is, there's a front row table full of loud women cheering you on. " - Daina O. Pusić
iShorts+ Funny Girls is Creative England's short film initiative offering a £10,000 production award to exciting female directors from across England. The programme is supported through BFI NET.WORK. Find out more here.
