'My Catalyst Moment' - Katapult

It’s difficult to identify a single moment as ‘the’ catalyst moment as there have been lots of influences on Katapult's constant development. 

However, marketing technology has changed everything in recent years and we’ve embraced it; effective measurement of marketing is now accessible to just about everyone and we have rebuilt our proposition around results-driven creativity as a result. Creative combined with technology is informing & shaping customer experience across a breadth of sectors. This is relevant for everyone we work with including charities, cultural organisations, high-tech companies and  leisure & entertainment clients.

It has really sharpened our focus on making an impact for our clients; everything we do should either help to build an audience, create meaningful engagement or improve conversion. We’ll question everything until we are confident that what we are doing will deliver a social, cultural or commercial benefit.

There's no question that it has impacted the future of our company. It has provided the platform for our growth plans both in the UK & overseas, has helped us to refine our proposition, form key partnerships, given us a clearer focus and helped kick-start a number of exciting opportunities. 

In terms of what I took away from the experience, I think change is a constant, it doesn’t just happen in a period…you have to stay on top of it, consider your options and make decisions.
