Policy & Research Manager 

We are seeking a talented Policy and Research Manager to join our dynamic policy, research and advocacy team. This is a unique role based within the Creative UK Group working full time with our partners at the Creative Industries Policy & Evidence Centre.

Our Policy & Research Manager will have a passion for policy-related research and a flair for writing. This role will involve working with influential colleagues and industry champions to produce insights papers on key topics impacting the creative sector. You’ll be flexible and self-motivated with proven research and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex research and stats into clear policy insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, you’ll join a fast-paced Policy and Research team harnessing expertise together to make an impact on the creative, cultural businesses and talent we engage with every day.

People & Operations Coordinator

Programme & Engagement Manager – Wakefield Advance

The Advance programme has been developed by Creative England in partnership with Wakefield Council to deliver pioneering business support to creative businesses and individuals within Wakefield and the wider Yorkshire Humber region. The programme offers support to Creative SME’s and Freelancers/individuals through a series of transformational online/offline workshops, bootcamps, digital content and mentoring.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable knowledge of Wakefield’s creative sector and its investment landscape. Marketing Manager – Investment

This is a unique opportunity to become the Marketing specialist for our Investment offer. You will be operating at the very heart of our investment programme. The Creative Growth Finance Debt Fund, in partnership with Triodos Bank UK, is a £24 million fund providing vital scale up finance to the UK’s most promising creative businesses.

Our Marketing Manager will lead on marketing across all of our investment activities. Reporting directly into the Head of Investment you will take ownership of the marketing strategy for this area of the business. Your key responsibility is to oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns with a view to driving a pipeline of suitable investment opportunities. Whilst each of our Marketing specialists sit within their relevant business area, they will work closely with a core brand team to ensure consistency of our brand across all of our comms.
