MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT, Maternity cover

An exciting opportunity has arisen providing maternity cover for a Management Accountant joining our finance team in our Bristol head office. If you thrive in giving insights that influence big decisions then you’ll feel at home in this role. You will prepare, develop and analyse financial information which feeds our strategy for continued sustainability and growth. We are looking for someone with financial experience who is newly qualified, QBE or working towards their CIMA. Reporting into our Head of Finance you will support day-to-day operations of the finance department.

Our Management Accountant will work with creative teams, developing effective management skills and concise communication ability in both financial and non-financial management. You will be an integral member of a small yet highly motivated and fast paced team, line managing our Finance Administrator and contributing to all areas of the business.

LOCATION: Central Bristol, with options for flexible working

CONTRACT: Full time fixed-term 1 year (must be available from mid July 2021)

Marketing Manager, Development and Partnerships

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Development & Partnerships team as our Marketing Manager. This role will take ownership of the marketing strategies for each of the membership tiers and major industry engagement activities, shaping and leading the marketing campaigns to drive awareness. In collaboration with a core brand team you will ensure brand consistency and have the opportunity to develop relationships with some of the most influential organisations and individuals working across the UK’s arts and creative sector.

If you thrive in developing strong user journeys as an analytical marketeer then you’ll feel at home in this role. You must be driven by gathering and utilising data to increase engagement and confident in understanding our member needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing a clear brand, tone, and voice across multiple mediums and platforms.

If you are an experienced marketeer, enjoy working in fast paced dynamic teams and have a passion for the creative sector then we want to hear from you!

LOCATION: UK WIDE*

CONTRACT: Full time fixed term 1 year renewable

SALARY: up to £35,000 dependent on experience + benefits

Social Media Manager

We are looking for a passionate and creative individual to work within our brand team and drive forward our social media presence. Our ideal candidate is an outstanding writer with a strong knowledge of, and passion for, the Creative Industries, a deep-rooted grasp of social media and core marketing concepts, and a desire to make real impactful change. Our Social Media Manager will be at the heart of our core brand team activity, developing creative ways to engage communities, generate buzz on social around our programme work, membership offer, investment activity and policy campaigns.

You will thrive working in a fast-paced high energy environment with swift response times, making an impact in building communities and driving engagement with a wide network of stakeholders across the UK’s creative sector and beyond.

Reporting into the Brand & Content Manager, the Social Media Manager will lead the development and implementation of the social media strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall brand and comms strategies.

You should have a genuine and active interest in social media channels and a passion for utilising a variety of social platforms to find new and creative ways to supercharge our profile and reach. If you are diligent in approach, comfortable with multi-tasking, rolling their sleeves up and driving delivery of high impact social media campaigns then we want to hear from you!

LOCATION: UK wide (offices available in MediaCityUK Manchester, Bristol, London)

CONTRACT: 1-year fixed term full time renewable

SALARY: £25,000 starting salary + benefits

TEAM ASSISTANT, FILMING IN ENGLAND

Our Filming in England Team Assistant will operate at the heart of the team overseeing and streamlining processes and procedures to ensure effective delivery of Production Services. We are looking for a self-starter who has strong organisational skills for this key support role, to provide comprehensive administrative, research and operations support to our fast paced, dynamic team.

LOCATION: Greater Manchester, Bristol or Elstree Studios

SALARY: £20k + benefits
