Using National Lottery funds via the BFI, we have facilitated the careers of a huge range of stellar talent through dedicated feature film development, feature pilot production, short film production and professional development programmes.

Alongside our produced iFeatures films, Creative England has developed many successfully released, multi-award-winning features which have premiered at festivals including Sundance, Toronto, Venice, Berlin, Locarno, San Sebastian, Tribeca, SXSW and London. Films include: WHITE RIOT, DAYS OF THE BAGNOLD SUMMER, CALIBRE, GOD’S OWN COUNTRY, ADULT LIFE SKILLS, ANIMALS, THE LAST TREE, LYNN & LUCY, ONLY YOU, NOTES ON BLINDNESS, WESTWOOD, THE RITUAL, ENGLAND IS MINE, PIN CUSHION, KINGDOM OF US, POSSUM, PAA JOE AND THE LION, ORION, THE LOVERS AND THE DESPOT, THE DRIFTERS, HOW TO FAKE A WAR, LIGHT YEARS, TWO FOR JOY, EATEN BY LIONS, THE RUNAWAYS.

Forthcoming features we have supported in development also include: SURGE, RECOVERY, LENNON LIVES, DAWN OF THE DARK FOX, WHEN THE NIGHT COMES, ESTUARY GIRL.

Shorts we have produced via the Emerging fund, iShorts, Alumni and iWrite have been BIFA winning, BAFTA and IFTA nominated, and played at festivals worldwide including Cannes Critics Week, Sitges, SXSW, Tribeca, Palm Springs, Rhode Island, Chicago, Telluride, Sacramento, St Louis, Miami, Vancouver, Ottowa, Sydney, Melbourne, Edinburgh, LFF, LSFF, LIAF, Cork, Dublin, Galway, Leeds, Cambridge, Aesthetica, Encounters, DocFest, Annecy, Anima Mundi, Odense, Hamburg, Tampere, Uppsala, Leipzig, Valledolid, Valletta, Brest, Rouen, Clermont-Ferrand, Taichung, Short Shorts Tokyo, Frightfest, Screamfest, Grimmfest, Mayhem and many more.
